We are proud to have been offering software support and maintenance services to a large customer base from our company inception in 2005. Whilst our core business lies in supporting equipment automation software and solutions, we also offer support for some industry-leading MES software.
We work with industry-leading software products, ensuring that our customers never find themselves with out-of-date or unsupported systems. In addition to supporting solutions built upon our own, leading-edge CoreTegral platform, we are also highly skilled practitioners in Applied Materials’ toolsets and automation platforms. Our experts are adept at providing support for in-house toolsets as well. We have integrated to all of the major factory-level MES, OEE and APC systems available on the market today, as well as many in-house or non-mainstream systems.
To all of our clients we offer a comprehensive support package that includes:
- 9-5 support during office working hours, available by e-mail or direct telephone hot line.
- Guaranteed response time for all issues.
- Prioritised issue resolution targets for critical issues, and a range of guaranteed resolution target time for issues of lower priority.
